A small-business back office on free tools

Sign contracts, edit PDFs, email your customers, track jobs and see your website traffic without five separate subscriptions.

Most small firms pay monthly for the same handful of office jobs. Each of these open-source tools covers one of them and can be self-hosted. Self-hosting means you run the updates and backups yourself, or pay someone to.

Before you start

listmonk needs an email-sending service (such as Amazon SES) to actually deliver mail. Plausible's self-hosted version uses ClickHouse, which wants a few GB of RAM. Check each tool's licence before you build a paid service on it.
